The present research examines the role of these local bodies in spreading entrepreneurial culture as important bodies that will accompany and develop entrepreneurship.

in order to promote these projects to achieve goals and contribute to development.

We have noticed that despite the strenuous efforts that have been made to activate the role of these local bodies to support projects (a variety of supporting agencies, funding formulas and various facilities granted to projects owners) there are shortcomings mainly related to accompaniment that focuses on financial aspects rather than awareness, education and training.

As a result, we have noticed a stumble in spreading entrepreneurial culture, with a small extent that does not cover the requirements of the local development in the wilaya of Tebessa.
