The system of the foods secuirty in any country could fulfill the self- sufficiency for any state if only when humans and materails capabilities directed for the industrial settlements to carry out its work in a correct way, to direct the investments as to stregthen the weak state to become a strong one and to work in an integration way to diminish the import and finally to revive the foods industries.
Kirkuk governorate is considered one of the pioneer governorates in the foods industry, but has been inflected and deteriorated just like other Iraqi foods industries in term of weakness and disconnection in its infrastructures.
Despite the dominant aspect of this governorate which is the oil industry, but the researcher will try in this research to shed light on the foods industries in this governorate and its roles in achieving the foods secuirty for this governorate and for Iraq.
