Algerian production institution : a sociological study of failure factors

There is no doubt that the Algerian productive institution did not achieve the productive goals for which it was found.

There are many attempts at interpretation and analysis that sought to find the actual reasons for this situation, as there were many approaches and readings, and it was all credited with shedding light on this factor or that which contributed in the ineffectiveness that the Algerian establishment witnessed, and it is still its prominent feature to this day.

Our attempt comes as a contribution from the point of view of the sociological approach that would allow us to know the socio-cultural factors that had an impact in making the Algerian productive institution face a crisis situation that seems to be getting rid of it in the near future.
