This study is considered one of the descriptive studies that aim to identify the role of the social organizer and its relationship to the development of human capital in industrial organizations, as well as answering the following study questions: The social organizer in developing the experience and training of workers in industrial organizations? What is the role of the social organizer in developing the educational aspect of workers in industrial organizations? What is the role of the social organizer in developing the knowledge of workers in industrial organizations? What is the role of the social organizer in developing the skills of workers in industrial organizations? What are the obstacles that face the social organizer while practicing his work to develop human capital within the industrial organizations, and determine the human field of study for the managers of these institutions and the director of human resources management for the factories under study and the workers, and their number reached 73, after excluding those who did not meet the conditions, and the study reached the results The following: There is a relationship between the social organizer's practice of the cycle and the development of human capital in its various dimensions (education - training - experience, knowledge - and skills).

Where the study confirmed that good training and education related to skill and experience can contribute to the development of industrial organizations, and the study emphasized the need for training and experience among workers in industrial organizations.
