Abstract EN

Field instruction is the heart and essence of learning the profession of social work, through it we can measure the trainee's personal readiness to practice the profession, as well as his keenness on theoretical and cognitive development.

Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for the elements of field instruction as the most important component of social work learning programs as a profession concerned with practice from the beginning of its emergence.

The study also focused on identifying the most important mechanisms for developing field instruction in social work departments, colleges, and institutes in Egypt.

This evaluation study was conducted using (SWOT) analysis, and the statistical community (research community) for the study included all Faculty staff members in the social work departments, colleges, and institutes in Egypt who have personal accounts on (INTERNET).

(38) of them were selected by taking the available sample based on the objective.

The participants from the available study sample responded to the researcher.

And they contacted him to answer the questions of the questionnaire prepared by him to collect data through (Google form) technology.

The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods by calculating frequencies and percentages.

The study was carried out in accordance with the terms and principles of the ethical code for conducting scientific research and without conflicting with it.

The study identified the most important weaknesses in the elements of field instruction and the most important strengths in it, which can be used to develop field instruction, and the most important opportunities and challenges related to field instruction.
