Through this article, I try to look in the characteristics of the religious issue in the Mediterranean, trying to describe the nature of the differences it shows, and presenting the different perspectives, some of which are factors of clash, while others are factors to increase the power of dialogue.

In the end, I want to clarify the role of acculturation - according to different cultural backgrounds and contradictions – in the dialogue of religions, which make it fruitful and effective in acculturation on the one hand, and in benefiting from the acculturation process on the other hand.
