The successive crises experienced by Algeria following the disruptions of the oil market, led the state to experiment institutional programs in the so-called “innovative” form of territorial governance, involving local actors and based on the development of territorial resources.
at the same time, traditional forms of governance remain in which the populations take charge of the management of their collective affairs.
so in a hypothetical-deductive approach we tried to verify, between innovation and tradition, what links can be built for the reorganization of territories and in response to the disengagement of the state?

Les crises successives que connait l’Algérie suite aux perturbations du marché pétrolier ont amené l’etat à expérimenter des programmes institutionnels sous forme dite «innovante» de gouvernance territoriale, impliquant les acteurs locaux et fondés sur la valorisation des ressources territoriales.
parallèlement, des formes de gouvernance traditionnelles subsistent où les populations prennent en charge la gestion de leurs affaires collectives.
dans une démarche hypothético-déductive, on a essayé de vérifier, entre innovation et tradition, quelles articulations peuvent être construites en recomposition des territoires et en réponse au désengagement de l’etat.?
