The notion of University social responsibility (USR) has never been more imposed than during these moments of global health crisis caused by the COVID-19.
The university in general and Algerian in particular is faced with challenges which it would not have thought or prepared before.
In this paper we offer a practical reflection through a formalization model of an USR approach where all stakeholders will find their place in order to anticipate and deal with the consequences of after COVID-19

La notion de responsabilité sociale (RSU) ne s'est jamais aussi imposée que lors de ces moments de crise sanitaire mondiale causée par le COVID 19.
L'université en général et algérienne en particulier se voit confrontée à des défis auxquels elle n'aurait pensé ni préparée auparavant, aussi à travers cet article nous proposons une réflexion pratique à travers un modèle de formalisation d'une démarche de RSU où toutes les parties prenantes trouveront leur place afin d'anticiper et faire face aux conséquences de l'après COVID 19.
