Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the relationship of work pressure with job burnout, and to determine the correlation between the dimensions and levels of work pressure and the dimensions and levels of job burnout, among teachers of intermediate education in the municipality of Ain al-Hajal, state-the researcher also relied in the study on the descriptive approach based on data collection and analysis, and a sample was chosen The number of its members reached 68, where they were randomly selected from the original community of 219 professors.

To collect data, the work pressure questionnaire was designed by the researcher, which consisted of (24) items and the Maslash scale for job burnout.

The Statistical Packages Program (SPSS) and the investment of the existing statistical methods.

The results were as follows : 1.

There is a statistically significant correlation between work pressure and job burnout among teachers of intermediate education in al-Masila.

There is a statistically significant correlation between role conflict and job burnout among the teachers of the middle education al-Masila.

There is a statistically significant relationship between role ambiguity and job burnout among the teachers of the middle education al-Masila.

There is a statistically significant relationship between the workload and job burnout among the teachers of Al Alim Intermediate al-Masila.

There are statistically significant differences in work pressure due to the variable of sex, and there are no differences due to the variable of experience and age.
