The article aims to study the methodology of the pedagogical project as a program for the care of mentally handicapped children in private institutions based on the clinical interview and the early care guide for mentally handicapped children from 05-03 years in specialized institutions, and the results showed the following : -Early diagnosis of epilepsy in infants and children by a doctor specializing in the nervous system contributes to the possibility of reducing the recurrence of seizures and preventing the effects of it such as delayed mental development, psychomotor disorders, delay in language acquisition...) -Effectiveness of the pedagogical program Through the evaluations provided, we find that children have improved their skills in some aspects and improved in others, and some areas remained at the same level.
