The changes in the urban fabric of our cities impose on our society a new culture that has resulted in social relations based on separation, not communication, the supremacy of the individual spirit and not the collective.

Rapid civil relations, indifference and social reservation and the preservation of individual privacy has become the basic condition for the establishment of social relations between urban residents.
