الاقتصاد الجزائري اقتصاد ريعي، يعتمد بالدرجة الأولى على عوائد قطاع المحروقات.
وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط في السوق الدولية على التغيرات في المؤشرات الاقتصادية (الميزان التجاري، الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، الميزانية العامة) للفترة من 2000 إلى غاية 2019.
وعلى إثر انخفاض أسعار النفط، الذي أسهم فيه العديد من العوامل، انكشفت هشاشة الاقتصاد الجزائري، وذلك بتأثر المؤشرات الاقتصادية السابقة الذكر بالسلب، لهذا لا بد من إسعافه في أقرب وقت ممكن، لتفادي العواقب الوخيمة، بتنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري اعتمادا على استراتيجيات بديلة، نذكر منها تنمية القطاع الزراعي، والدور الذي من شأنه أن يؤديه في دفع عجلة النمو.
Abstract EN
The Algerian economy is a rentier economy, dependent mainly on revenues from the hydrocarbon sector.
this study aims to show the impact of fluctuations in oil prices on the international market on the evolution of economic indicators (trade balance, gross domestic product, general budget) for the period 2000 to 2019.
due to the drop in oil prices, to which many factors have contributed, the fragility of the Algerian economy has been exposed, as the aforementioned economic indicators have been negatively affected, so it must be addressed as soon as possible, in order to d 'avoid disastrous consequences.
, by diversifying the Algerian economy on the basis of alternative strategies, among which we quote the development of the agricultural sector, and the role it would play in the promotion of growth.
