Abstract EN

This study aims to unveil the role of the use of information and communication technology in enhancing university teachers’ performance.

with an attempt to reach the objectives of the study, the survey method was adopted through a questionnaire, where the latter was designed and distributed to a sample of teachers at the university of Laghouat.

SPSS 26 program has been used to analyse the data, adopting various statistical methods to display the results and test the hypotheses.

the most relevant among the results are mentioned as follows.

-there is a statistically significant effect of the use of information and communication technology on the performance of university teachers.

-there are statistically significant differences in the use of information and communication technology due to the gender variable.

-there are no statistically significant differences in the use of information and communication technology due to the rank variable.

-there are statistically significant differences in the use of information and communication technology due to the variable of experience.
