Abstract EN

This study focused on the development of educational curricula in the Algerian school since independence, as a result of the repeated reforms imposed by social and global changes.

The study touched a sample of 105 primary education teachers who answered a set of exploratory questions surrounding the most important reform axes applied and the mechanism for practicing them in reality where the following results were reached: -The implementation of the new reforms is relatively successful in terms of educational performance at the grade level, but for some, it lacks seriousness in planning, evaluation and processing, the implementation of reforms is unsuccessful in terms of educational performance at the institution level in terms of the interaction of the educational community and the school's relationship with the external environment.

- There are obstacles that prevent the proper implementation of reforms and discourage the teacher's motivation for change, the most important of which is the large number of tasks assigned to the teacher, the lack of cooperation of parents, and the intensity of the content of lessons.
