هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستويات الأمن النفسي و أبعاده، و طبيعة العلاقة بين الأداء الوظيفي و الأمن النفسي و أبعاده.
تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لكل من متغيري؛ الأمن النفسي و الأداء الوظيفي، حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة على أطباء و ممرضي المستشفي الجامعي بتلمسان بعينة قدرت ب (85)، اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
تم التوصل إلى مستوى منخفض لمتغير الأمن النفسي، و بعد الشعور بالأمن، و مستويات متوسطة للأبعاد الأخرى، كما حصلنا على علاقة ارتباطية بين الأداء الوظيفي و الأمن النفسي و أبعاده
Abstract EN
The study aimed to reveal the levels and dimensions of psychological security, the nature of the relationship between job performance and psychological security and its dimensions.
The questionnaire tool was used for both variables; Psychological security and job performance, as the study was applied to doctors and nurses of the University Hospital of Tlemcen with a sample estimated at (85), based on the descriptive and analytical method.
A low level of the psychological security variable, after a feeling of security, and medium levels for the other dimensions were reached.
We also obtained a correlation between job performance and psychological security and its dimensions.
