هدفت الورقة البحثية هذه إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات الرقمية للشباب الجامعي العربي لما بعد جائحة كوفيد- 19، مستخدمين منهجية و صفية، أين بلغت عينة البحث 208 طالبا جامعيا من سبع (07) جامعات ضمن خمس (05) دول عربية هي: الجزائر، فلسطين، تونس، اليمن و لبنان، و تمثلت أداة البحث في استمارة إلكترونية، أرسلت للمبحوثين عبر تقنية الإيميل و كذا عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مكونة من ثلاث (03) عبارات، حيث امتد البحث من 05 مارس 2021 إلى 27 أفريل 2021، وقد توصل البحث الحالي للنتائج الآتية: 1- عبر 68.
75% من الشباب الجامعي العربي المبحوث عن حاجته لتحقيق مبدأ التكافؤ في فرص الولوج للعالم الرقمي.
2- وافق 90.
86% من الشباب الجامعي العربي المبحوث على فكرة وجوب دعم البنية التحية الرقمية للدول العربية.
3- قدم 62.
5% من الشباب الجامعي العربي المبحوث دعمه لفكرة وجوب ابتكار فضاء رقمي عربي يترجم الخصوصية الاجتماعية للدول العربية
English Abstract
This research aimed to identify the digital needs of the Arab universities youth after the Covid-19 pandemic, using a descriptive methodology, where the research sample reached 208 university students from seven (07) universities within five (05) Arab countries: Algeria, Palestine, Tunisia, Yemen and Lebanon.
The search tool was an electronic form, sent to researchers via email technology as well as social media sites, consisting of three (03) terms, where the research extended from March 05, 2021 to April 27, 2021, and the current research has reached the following results: 1- 68.
75% of Arab universities youth expressed their need to achieve the principle of parity in access to the digital world.
2- 90.
86% of the Arab universities youth agreed on the idea that the digital infrastructure of Arab countries should be supported.
3- 62.
5% of Arab universities youth supported the idea that an Arab digital space should be created that translates the social privacy of Arab societies.
