Abstract EN

The jurisprudential and international law have settled since the seventeenth century on the non-submission of diplomats to the local judiciary of the state accredited to it in its criminal, civil and administrative parts as well.

She has a large jurisprudential and legal debate about the extent of that immunity, and through research we will review these jurisprudential views in detail.
