تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على حجم خصائص الإنتاج الفكري لمجلة التنمية و إدارة الموارد البشرية- بحوث و دراسات- من خلال استخدام المنهج الببليومتري لدراسة المقالات المنشورة في الفترة الممتدة من 2015 إلى 2017 من حيث قياس حجم الإنتاج الفكري للمجلة و التوزيع الـزمني و اللغوي و الموضوعي لمقالاتها و قياس إنتاجية المؤلفين بتطبيق قانون لوتكـا.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى مساهمة 303 مؤلف في إنتاج 246 مقالا علميا، و اتجاه المؤلفين نحو التأليف المشترك أكثر من التأليف الفردي، كما تبين أن دراستنـا لا تتطابق تماما مع قانون لوتكـا في إنتاجية المؤلفين في المقالات و قمنا بإعداد قائمة ببليوغرافية و بناء كشافات للمؤلفين و العناوين لتسهيل عملية البحث للباحثين
Abstract EN
This research attempts to identify the production and quantitative characteristics of the Development and Human Resources Management Review – Research and studies- published from 2015 to 2017.
The study applied the bibliometric analysis with their several indicators by measuring the productivity's review, the objective and language dispersion and the application of Lotka's law to display the productivity of authors in this review.
As a conclusion, results show that 246 articles are written by 303 authors in just three years, the co-production of the articles is higher than the individual one (article's production); the Majority of articles are in Arabic language and that our study doesn't correspond to the lotka's law.
Preparing a bibliographic list and building indexes for authors and titles to facilitate the search process for researchers.
