This study aimed to identify the permeability and presence of free-access electronic periodicals in the field of library science in global evidence, specifically the DOAJ guide as the most prominent global model, and to identify the characteristics and trends of these periodicals objectively, linguistically and geographically through an analytical reading of the evidence indicators, and the study adopted the analytical descriptive approach, and has reached several results, including the importance of doaj guide as one of the sources of free access to information, it includes more than 177 periodicals specialized in library science globally with note The lack of visibility of Arab periodicals with only one Arab patrol, and in light of these results, the study proposes to increase the focus on the aspect of awareness of the importance of free access to information, with the need to intensify Arab efforts to enhance the presence and visuality of electronic periodicals in library science at the level of global evidence.
