Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on the effect of the jurisprudential rules in building the Islamic civilization "the environment as a model".

It reviewed the beginning of an introduction that contained the importance of the topic and its objectives, and posed the problem.

It also addressed the concept and terminology of rules and regulations such as the concept of the jurisprudential rule among linguists and people of origins, and clarified the concept of civilization and the environment in Language and convention, as it showed the effect of these jurisprudential rules and their impact on building an Islamic civilization on the environment, in order to preserve human health in rationalizing realistic humanitarian work, and then concluded with the most important results.
