Abstract EN

The crime of human trafficking is a serious crime and the damages resulting from it are very serious in all its forms.

However, when it is committed by a legal person, it is considered a more serious crime on society, because the perpetrator of this crime in this case hides behind this legal personality, committing the crime of human trafficking and is more dangerous to the society.

Because of the importance of this topic, we have studied this crime in all its aspects in terms of its definition and in terms of its conditions for its establishment and its pillars in Omani law, Egyptian law and Emirati law.

We also discussed all the hypotheses of this crime in the event that it occurs, whether on the person in normal circumstances or on the child.

In addition to shedding light on the definition of the crime of human trafficking in general in jurisprudence and law, as well as clarifying its characteristics, nature, causes and consequences thereof.
