In our research, we have tried to focus on the circumstances and factors governing international migration, which have been known in the Beni Amir region in the Tdale region, particularly towards Italy and Spain.

This phenomenon has occupied the thinking of a number of the inhabitants of the region and has become a dream that each one seeks to achieve, in a short time to become an important migration basin at the national level, despite the richness of its agricultural resources, and despite the experience of the region as part of the irrigation project during the colonial period.

The results of this research have resulted in the finding of a number of mechanisms controlling the spread of the hijri act in the region, where a combination of factors governing the production of this unprecedented social phenomenon began in the region, where the signs of migration began with the worsening economic and social situation during the 1960s, and the bloody kinship and geographical proximity played an important role in the spread of the culture of migration, in addition to social relations, in addition to the presence of an hijri network provided by the first immigrants in Italy and Spain; They continued to provide a range of services to the people of the region.

The Beni Amir Plain has thus become a contradiction on the ground; on the one hand, it has important economic potential, and on the other hand it is considered an area of expulsion towards both Spain and Italy.
