Today, the world is experiencing one of the major health crises that forced the countries into a state of isolation; by closing borders, suspending travel and imposing quarantine restrictions, which resulted in the restriction and neglect of rights, especially those of refugees, who are the most affected by the new Covid 19 crisis, despite the international focus on this category, and the United Nations Charters, such as the 1954 Refugee Convention and the1967 Protocol thereto, the New York Declaration on Refugees and Migrants, the Global Refugee Charter and Arab Convention on Regulating Status of Refugees in the Arab Countries, all of which emphasize the welfare of refugees through granting health-care rights.

In this context, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) are among the tools on which the United Nations depends to highlight international solidarity in solving global problems and working together to provide urgent assistance during refugee health emergencies.

In this study, we will highlight the content of the international endorsement of the refugees 'right to access to health care services and the efforts of international institutions to do so, as well as the need to explore the global dilemmas in providing for the refugees' health needs in the time of a new coronary virus known as Coronavirus.
