تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في مدى أهمية استراتيجية الاتصال في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية على مستوى المؤسسات الاقتصادية، و قد تم الخروج بمجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها : أن الميزة التنافسية لا يمكن تحقيقها دون التخطيط العلمي لاستراجية الاتصال، حيث من خلالها يتم العمل على استمرايتها و استدامتها و تلعب استراتيجية الاتصال أدورا مهمة على المستوى الداخلي و الخارجي للمؤسسة، حيث من خلالها يتم كسب ثقة الموظفين و العملاء على حد سواء، و العمل على تكوين صورة إيجابية لها في محيط تنافسي.

Abstract EN

This study aims to research the impact of the communication strategy in achieving competitive advantage at the level of economic institutions, this topic was addressed and based on a set of main themes that was characterized in: identifying the concept of communication strategy addressing the axis of competitive advantage and finally determinig the importance of communication strategy in achieving the competitive advantage.

Hence this study was made based on the descriptive analytical approach, with produced a set of results that lead to these, following important outcomes: the competitive advantage cannot be achieved without the scientific planning of the communication strategy
