The Islamic world is full of many scholars who have contributed to simplifying the necessity of religious sciences to the minds of the public, so that they worship God with knowledge and certainty, and the scholars of the Central Maghreb had a share of that scientific momentum explained and classified, and during that era Sheikh Mohamed Ben Omar al-Hawari emerged in his unique and concise manner, which was unique to the scholars of his time, as he not only explained Maliki's jurisprudence, but left several works in the collocy so that the greatest number of wanted people with a simple educational level benefited from it.

The aim of this research is to shed light on this unique personality of our scientists, and the extent to which it uses the slang in simplifying Maliki's jurisprudence to the public
