The argumentation in language is a linguistic phenomenon that we find in every speech, and it is a conscious process through which the addressee intends to achieve certain goals stemming from his mind and emotion, this research aims to explain and analyze this linguistic phenomenon and apply it to some articles of Akkad Through his book "They Ask You or yasaalounak", so that the researcher could reach its richness with the various arguments, considering that Al-Akkad tried to provide constructive answers in responses to the recipient's questions form of the article through which he touched his pragmatics' thanks to his argument
