Abstract EN

This conclusion is a research entitled: from the pure opinions of Tajeddine al-Subki in his book (the great layers of Shafi'i), and its subject is the science of exchange.

I was prompted to this research by the pure issues that I stood for in the book worthy of research and lesson.

my aim of my research is to identify the pure opinions that Ibn al-Subki said in his great classes, and to indicate the extent to which they agree or to succeed the pure scientists applying to him, and I have merely expressed his opinions in the section of descent, to prove the pure opinions contained in the book of classes for his work worthy of research and lesson, to determine its importance in the pure lesson.

I followed the descriptive approach based on analysis, stating the issue as it was mentioned in the layers, and then analyzing it, and expressing the opinions of the two forerunners in the matter, to conclude the extent to which Ibn al-Subki agreed or disagreed with those opinions.
