Islamic legislation has ensured protection for the human soul by not unlawfully assaulting it at any stage of its formation, driving before or after birth, and imposing punishments that would deter the ignorant from attacking him.

This study aims to investigate the legality of aborting a child of adultery, basing it on the legal evidence and taking into account the objectives of Islamic law, in order to finally arrive at a correct opinion.
