Abstract EN

This study highlights the right endowment from others, especially at this time when the endowment has become a pillar in the development projects of countries, and it also addresses the problems of what should be adhered regarding conditions set by whom is responsible of endowment.

The conclusion of the research is that kinship is the greatest pillar of the endowment, so the endowment is not acceptable unless it is bonded to somewhat kinship, and there is no necessary condition in the endowment except what was a related to kinship, whom responsible of endowment does not spend his money except for what benefits him, and there is no benefit after his death except what was close to Allah.

The study showed that the endowment is not valid in which the meaning of kinship does not appear even if it is Halal.

and the endowment is notheld on the forbidden parties, and the research included the evidence of Islamic scholars in the requirement of kinship for the validity of the endowment, and the research revealed the relationship of the requirement of kinship in the endowment with the legitimate intent of endowments, and that the condition of kinship if it is not fulfilled, the legitimate purposes of endowments will not exist.
