The objective of the article is to analyze the indicators of hospital productivity, to ensure the quality of service and care management.
Indeed, if the situation of public hospitals has deteriorated, it is because of the inadequacy of its organization in the face of the socio-economic crises that our country has experienced.
The advantage of using management control is to analyze the achievement of the objectives pursued and the actions to be taken.
In this sense, the management control of productivity indicators is important to guarantee the quality of services and care.
The result of the empirical study showed the importance of certain indicators of hospital productivity for the good governance of the establishment
Abstract FRE
L'objectif de l'article est d'analyser les indicateurs de productivité hospitalières, pour assurer la qualité de gestion des services et des soins.
En effet, si la situation des hôpitaux publics s'est dégradée, c'est en raison de l'inadaptation de son organisation face aux crises socio-économiques qu'a connu notre pays.
L'intérêt du recours au contrôle de gestion est pour analyser l'atteinte des objectifs poursuivis et les actions à entreprendre.
Dans ce sens, le contrôle de gestion des indicateurs de productivité s'avère important, pour garantir la qualité des services et des soins.
