Abstract EN

The current research paper highlights the Waqf of the lady khaski khuram sultan, wife of the Ottoman sultan Solaiman Alqanoni (926-974H / 1520-1566G), which is known as Alkhasqiyah Waqf in the sacred Makkah and Almadinah almunawarah based on the document titled Hujat Alwaqf dated 949H/1542G, and the Waqf documents in the sacred Makkah.

The paper includes a comparison of literature review that mixed the ancient Khaskeyah and the recent one.

The study is a new insight in the document text as an analysis and correction for the mistakes mentioned in previous literature.

The research is divided into various topics as follows: the definition of waqf, types of waqf, waqf in the in the era of the Ottoman Empire, the status of the Two Holy Mosques in the sultans of the Ottoman Empire.

In addition, the definition of the owner of the endowment (Khasky Khurm Sultan), her life and work.

Moreover, the deals with waqf of Khasky, and gives an accurate description of what was mentioned in the document of the waqf argument in terms of waqf resources and suspended objects, and the conditions of the waqf.

The resources of utilization, and the charitable buildings that were included in the endowment in both Makkah and Madinah.

The research concluded that there were two holy mosques standing for Al-Khasakiya, one of which is old and the other is emerging, and they are for two different women from the wives of the sultans and at different times, and must be differentiated between them.
