Abstract EN

the title of this research is updating the Islamic jurisprudential text (Selections from Al-Manar Book by Scholar Al-Muqbili).

It is a lesson in theory and history about the state of criticism in the Islamic jurisprudential code.

It is divided into a preliminary chapter, two main chapters and conclusion.

The preliminary chapter gives brief information about Al-Muqbili and his book.

The first chapter discusses the formal criticism which was modeled by revisions produced by Al-Muqbili.

The second chapter discusses models about objective criticism.

The conclusion draws the whole picture of the lesson.

The criticism of the jurisprudential code is one of the recent issues with profound impacts, in which some researchers discussed it with a directed vision does not belong to objectivity and truth.

Consequently, it caused confusion in academic centers, and put Islamic jurisprudence in charging platform.

This research states that dividing the suspicions and replying to them is not sufficient work.

It considers that protecting the Islamic jurisprudence starts from revolving the Islamic jurisprudential research within the frameworks of jurisprudence itself, recalling its bright history, and refuting the suspicions by intelligent presentation, to prove that criticism has accompanied the Islamic jurisprudential writing and was not separated from it.
