Abstract EN

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, goodand blessed praise, and prayers and peace beupon our Prophet Muhammad, the Master of theMessengers, and upon his good and pure family, and his faithful companions and those who followedthem in goodness until the Day of Judgment.

The topic of this research relates to the effortsof a contemporary scholar in the inimitabilityof the Noble Qur'an, which is Dr.

ZaghloulAl-Najjar, as he has distinguished contributionsboth quantitatively and qualitatively, and thisresearch sheds light on his efforts in the interpretationof the Noble Qur'an.

The importance of this research stems fromthe importance of its subject, which is the HolyQur'an, and this importance increases in that theone who interpreted the verses is a man knownfor his many researches in the Qur'anic miracles.

Scientific facts.

Hence, it is clear the efforts of Dr.

ZaghloulAl-Najjar in taking care of the scientific interpretationof the Holy Qur'an, which distinguishedhim from others who confronted theinterpretation or the study of the Qur'anic miracles, due to his specialization in geology sciences, and his broad religious background.

It is worth noting that Dr.

Zaghloul intendedin his writings to show the scientific miracle, bymentioning the scientific facts related to cosmicphenomena, and transferring modern scientificdiscoveries related to the interpretation of verses, but his interpretation of them included sometouches related to the interpretation of the HolyQur'an and its sciences, so this research was tohighlight these efforts.

In my study, I relied on a statement of the effortsof Dr.

Zaghloul Al-Najjar by reviewingwhat he wrote of books, research and articles, and how he employed science to serve Quranicstudies.

My search plan was as follows: The first topic: the life of Dr.

Zaghloul Al-Najjar.

The second topic: his efforts in interpretation.

The third topic: his efforts in the sciences ofthe Qur'an.

And then I completed the research with aconclusion in which I pointed out the most importantfindings and proposals that I reached.

The most prominent difficulty I faced in theresearch was that what he wrote was not confinedto books, rather it was divided into manyarticles, some of which were published in newspapers, some in magazines and some on socialnetworking sites, and that his books were limitedto mentioning scientific miracles, which necessitatedresearch in isolated articles.

Finally, this is a human effort marked byimperfection and error.

Whatever good is in itis from God's success and grace, and whatevershortcoming and defect in it is from Satan andmyself, and perfection is only for God alone, Glory be to Him.

And God's blessings and peace be upon ourmaster Muhammad and his family and companions.
