Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور الرقابة الجبائية في الحد من ظاهرة التهرب الضريبي حيث أصبحت الدول تعاني من عجز ميزانياتها نظرا لكون الضرائب مصدرا رئيسيا لتمويل نفقاتها العمومية، وهو ما جعلها تبحث عن وسائل وآليات فعالة تضمن لها تحصيل الضرائب المستحقة.

وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية الرقابة الجبائية كآلية للحد من التهرب الضريبي، حيث يقوم أعوان الضرائب بالامتثال بجملة من الإجراءات للتحقق من التزام المكلفين بالضريبة بآجال ومبالغ دفع استحقاقاتهم الضريبية من جهة وتصحيح الوعاء الضريبي وردع المتهربين بشكل جزئي أو كلي من جهة أخرى.

English Abstract

This study aims to show the role of tax control in reducing tax evasion, while countries suffer from budget deficits because taxes are a major source of funding for their public expenditures, this has prompted them to look for effective ways and mechanisms to ensure that they collect the taxes due.

it concluded that tax control is important mechanism for reducing tax evasion, where tax officials comply with a set of procedures aimed at verifying taxepayers’ compliance with the deadlines and amounts for payment of their tax contributions on the one side, and correcting the tax base and partially or totally dissuading fraudsters, on the other.
