Abstract EN

The study seeks to confirm the importance of Ibn Hazm's book Tawq al-Hamamah, its important role in the humanization of human relations, the emphasis on human freedom, and the role of the reformist philosopher .

This study aims to address the problem of humanism for the Andalusian philosopher and jurist Ibn Hazm, "by presenting and analyzing his most important philosophical positions calling for humanism, in order to derive the conditions for its realization and the totality of its moral rules through studying his book "The Pigeon Collar", while revealing the most important mechanisms that should be The conscious human being did it in order to prove his liberation by standing against the thought of human oppression practiced by societies against their members, especially with regard to human feelings.

The study also sought to confirm the thought of humanism that was prevalent in the state at the time, and contributed to its civilized decline, which prevented man from living his actual existence and his true life in freedom and safety that ensured his fulfillment of the mission for which he was created.

The study adopted the analytical method, and the study was divided into several sections, which concluded with results that confirm Ibn Hazm's pursuit of humanizing human relations.
