Abstract EN

This research is related with the hadith of Ibn Masoud, contained in the (al-Saheehain), about the permissibility of killing infallible soul in its three categories.

its three chapters and demands focuses on the issue of killing the infallible soul, without being exposed to other types of assaults, and without expanding in the disagreements between jurists and the inferences of each team.

rather, the re- search was meant to collect and limit the reasons for killing the soul so that it could be an easy reference to look into those reasons in which the legislator permitted killing and destroying the soul.

this is followed by evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah and the sayings of scholars in the event of agreement and disagreement, and sometimes interspersed with that is the mention of the most correct.

the title of this research consists of three chapters: the first chapter: killing the infallible soul if it assaults an infallible soul.

the second chapter: killing the infallible soul if it assaults a religiously unmarriageable woman.

the third topic: killing whoever gives up his religion and be separated from the community.
