Abstract EN

This study aimed to assess the organizational climate prevailing in the National Corporation for Major Petroleum Works in Réghaïa, and to know its impact on the job performance of its employees, by using the descriptive and analytical approach, where the study data were collected using a questionnaire that was distributed randomly to 100 workers and we were able to retrieve 60 of them.And after using appropriate statistical methods to process and analyze data (spss), we concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the prevailing organizational climate (organizational structure, communication style, leadership style, technology, incentives, participation in decision-making), and the job performance of the employees in the National Corporation for Major Petroleum Works in Réghaïa
