Abstract EN

(The sector of small and medium enterprises, is one of the most important sectorsthat the Algerian state seeks to develop, given its great importance in diversifying production and all owing young investors to implement their ideas on the ground, as well as benefiting from un employed human energy, and there for elimit unemployment, so the state has harnessed several legal legislations to encourage the establishment of these companies, through which several programs were drawn up to support and upgrade these, with the establishment of institutions and agencies to apply them on the ground.

Through our study, we concluded that despite these supports and the means put in place by the state to promote this sector, it remains fragile, and face many problems that make it difficult for project holders to realize their business, and one of the most important means of the state in supporting these enterprises is the facilitation center.

The last will reduce the difficulties faced by investors through support and accompaniment, which will increase the chances of survival and continuity of their enterprises./
