يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على: مستوى التنمر لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال ومستوى الخواء العاطفي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال والعلاقة الارتباطية بين التنمر والخواء العاطفي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وتحدد البحث الحالي على معلمات رياض الأطفال حيث اختيرت (200) معلمة روضة ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياسي التنمر والخواء العاطفي واستعملت مؤشرات الصدق هما الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء، واستخرج لكل مقياس ثبات بمعادلة الفا كرونباخ، وبعد تطبيق المقاييس على أفراد العينة، تم تحليل البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا بالاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، وتوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: أن عينة البحث لديهم التنمر بمستوى منخفض لان القيمة التائية المحسوبة اعلى من الجدولية والوسط الحسابي أقل من الوسط الفرضي.
عينة البحث لديهم الخواء العاطفي بمستوى منخفض لان القيمة التائية المحسوبة اعلى من الجدولية والوسط الحسابي أقل من الوسط الفرضي.
وهناك علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين الخواء العاطفي وسلوك التنمر، لان قيمة الارتباط المحسوبة اعلى من الجدولية.
Abstract EN
The current research aims to identify: the level of exposure to bullying among kindergarten teachers-the level of emotional emptiness among kindergarten teachers the correlation between bullying and emotional voidness among kindergarten teachers.
the current research was limited to kindergarten teachers, where (200) kindergarten teachers were selected.
the data and statistically processed using the statistical program (SPSS), and reached the following results: the research sample has a low level of bullying because the calculated t value is higher than the tabular and the arithmetic mean is less than the hypothetical mean.
the arithmetic mean is less than the hypothetical mean.
there is a direct, statistically significant relationship between emotional emptiness and bullying behavior, because the calculated correlation value is higher than the tabular value.
