This study aims to identify and control Yemen's agricultural seasons and the most notable irrigation methods practiced by ancient Yemenis in the light of a water-scarce environment with seasonal precipitation.

This challenge and superiority have made agriculture the lifeblood of the ancient Yemeni society, and one of the economic pillars whose prosperity has been accompanied by trade in their food, medical and aromatic crops produced by their land.

It was called the Green Yemen and the Happy Yemen for its rich cultivation and variety of crops.

It has become a center of civilization and an agricultural and commercial pole in the Arab Peninsula and the ancient world as a whole, no less than other civilizations.
