This research aims to highlight the role of the new public management in building a model of government reinvention, as well as benefiting from the experiences of some countries that have achieved a good balance by ensuring the quality of public service and reducing costs, borne by the public treasury, as it often suffers from a large financial deficit.

in this context, it became imperative for successive governments to make efforts to reduce the organizational structure of their public bodies, and to implement market mechanisms, to provide a quality public service.
