This study aims to find out the extent to which training contributes to achieving sustainable development goals in the economic institution by addressing general concepts about training and sustainable development and its relationship to achieving the goals of the latter and dropping the theoretical study to the industrial installation company based on the analytical approach to analyze the data obtained and come up with results and recommendations, most notably that training it aims to satisfy the trainee and satisfy his training needs, who in turn translates them into reality while working through creativity and innovation in the form of productive profits in order to achieve sustainable development goals.
