Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the role that information technology plays in developing and effective the performance of the human resource and developing its skills, with its various social, economic cultural, health and organizational aspects of the human component.

on this basis, we raise the problem of what is the role of information technology in the development and effectiveness of the performance of the human resource ?, a analytical descriptive approach was used to answer our problem.

the study concluded that development will not take place by relying solely on information technology without taking care of developing the performance of the human resource in the first place.
