from this starting point this research tries to investigate the role of legal translation in a time dominated by globalization.

in order to achieve this goal, we conducted a critical analytical study on some textual models taken from the Arabic translation of the fact sheet published in the official site of the U.S.

department of state, and the title of the fact sheet is: understanding human trafficking.

the results indicated the necessity of activating legal translation to confront globalization, due to the lofty service it provides in the service of the Arabic language.

in the conclusion, we included the recommendations that we consider important in the field of legal translation.
