Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the economic repercussions of a country, which happened in it a fundamental changing occurred in its economic, during a past decade.

The study relied on, Caldor's "Magic Square" method and the "ARDL" methodology to estimate the study's functions.

The results showed that, the distortion of the macro variables of Libyan economy, and the lack of homogeneity of the Calder square in it, and also the emergence of stagflation due to the random and improvisation of approving financial arrangements.

In additional, this is reflected in the large deviations in revenues and expenditures, during the period 2012-2020, where public spending amounted to 379.

Furthermore, the official supervisory reports showed that there is a mismanagement of the Libya Central Bank.

And also, the results of estimation Caldor magic square estimation showed that, a corruption, political instability and misuse of fiscal policy tools had a negative and disastrous impact on price stability, and contributed to exacerbating the twin deficits and enhancing unemployment in the long run.
