The rapid growth of the parallel foreign exchange market in Algeria poses a great danger to the national economy given the volume of hard currencies in circulation and not officially registered.

Our study aims to find the reasons for the growth of this phenomenon, and the measures proposed to reduce it from the field study of currency sellers on the parallel foreign exchange market in Constantine.
