Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the impact of modern technology and information technologies on legal security, by focusing on the mechanism of law formation relating to the rule of inequity due to ignorance of the law, and the mechanism of legal systems associated with writing that have become information-based.

the study found that the modern technological climate led to the development of new legal principles, and provide access facility to the public by the official Gazette and became the source of electronic legal information and thus reduced cases of loss of case files, and increased level of security of court records.
