The university plays a leading role in the production of knowledge by preparing qualified human resources for the overall development of society.

social security is linked to providing society with efficient human capital capable of meeting challenges imposed by contemporary changes.

accordingly, the present study aims to pronounce on the role of the university in the development of human capital by inculcating values and positive trends that achieve the sense of security and stability of the individual, thus becoming an individual active in improving the safety of the community.

the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted and it was concluded through the results that the more universities were able to prepare individuals in a positive way, the more they achieved intellectual security and the more this translated into the strengthening of societal security.
