تبدو فكرة التنظيم القانوني للحقوق الملكية الفكرية على المستوى الدولي من أجل إيجاد تنظيم دولي يحميها و ذلك عن طريق إبرام المعاهدات الدولية المبرمة بهذا المجال الهام، لكي تحقق التعاون فيما بين الدول من أجل توفير الحماية الدولية الكافية و ضمان الحقوق لأصاحبها في كافة الدول التي يصلها إبداعهم و نتاجهم الفكري، تظهر لنا هنا أن الحماية الدولية للملكية الفكرية تتمثل في الاتفاقيات المبرمة الدولية (الأساس لحماية الملكية الفكرية) و ذلك لإصفاء الطابع القانوني على الحقوق المعنوية و المالية للمبتكرين و المبدعين بما يضمن لهم حقوقهم، كذلك للنهوض بالابتكارات و نشر المنفعة الإنسانية المتبادلة في ظل نظام دولي متفق عليه، و عادل بدلا من الصراعات و الاعتداءات سواء أكان هذا الاعتداء بالقرصنة أو التقليد أو التزييف على الابتكارات و الإبداعات لأشخاص أي من دولة من الدول.
Abstract EN
The idea of legal regulation of intellectual property rights at the international level appears in order to find an international organization that protects them through the conclusion of international treaties concluded in this important field, in order to achieve cooperation among countries in order to provide adequate international protection and guarantee the rights of their owners in all countries that their creativity reaches.
and their intellectual output ،rights, as well as to promote innovations and spread mutual human benefit under an agreed and just international system instead of conflicts and attacks, whether this attack is piracy, imitation or counterfeiting the innovations and creations of the people of any country.
