however, the supervisory role of this committee does not exempt their actions and decisions to be submitted to judicial control, and in order to give it more guarantees and insurances to protect the public savings in the stock exchange market, and to encourage investors to access the stock exchange market, including commercial companies and even small savers as small and medium enterprise.
